We may process account information such as restaurant name, user name, email address, and the operational data needed to support menus, tables, guest requests, and orders inside the product.

We use this information to provide the service, keep restaurant workflows functioning, support onboarding, respond to support questions, and improve the product based on real usage.

Who can access the data

Access is limited to the restaurant team inside the product and, when needed, to the Tabro team for support, diagnostics, and pilot-stage product improvements.

How long data may be kept

We keep data for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate pilot accounts, troubleshoot issues, fulfill support requests, and comply with legal or security obligations.
